The death of an Emperor

I won’t get into how the Roma got their self-proclaimed kings but once they did, emperors soon followed. Iulian Radulescu was such a self proclaimed Roma emperor. These dynasties partnered with the abusive authorities and the corrupt and incompetent NGO only to ad to the ongoing and tremendous Roma suffering.

As Pharaohs were once buried next to a treasure, Iulian was buried next to his distance learning engineer diploma. Not because he believed in education, neither in this world nor in the afterworld, but because he believed a diploma is all you need to prove you are not stupid.

At the time of his death Iulian Radulescu was 79 years old and self-proclaimed himself “emperor of all Roma everywhere” under the name of Iulian I on August 9, 1993.

In 1997, Iulian Radulescu announced Cem Romengo, the first Roma state in Targu Jiu, southwestern Romania. According to Radulescu, “This state has a symbolic value and does not affect the sovereignty and unity of Romania”.

The emperor is dead! Long live the emperor!
